Any person wishing to access the Convocation areas will need to be registered and badged. Participants will be required to wear their badge at all times.
Participants need to remember to bring their badge with them each day. If they arrive without a badge, they will be asked to return to their hotel to retrieve their badge before being admitted. There will be a $10 fee to reprint lost badges.
